What this is
The Well-Architected Review is a structured evaluation of how your organization's creativity software is actually configured and running. We look at the full picture: access, licensing, provisioning, resilience, and how well the setup matches the way your teams actually work.
This isn't a sales pitch, an onboarding session, or a product demo. It's a clear-eyed look at what's working, what's not, and what needs attention.

How it works
We evaluate your environment across five areas. Each one is scored, documented, and backed by specific findings.
Identity and Access Integrity
Are user accounts, roles, and permissions set up correctly? Are stale accounts being cleaned up? Is access scoped to the right people?
Provisioning and Automation Hygiene
How are users added and removed? Is it automated and reliable, or manual and inconsistent?
License Alignment and Cost Discipline
Are licenses going to the right people? Are you paying for seats that nobody is using? Do you have a clear view of what you own versus what's being consumed?
Operational Resilience
What happens when something breaks? Are there documented processes and escalation paths, or does it all depend on one person who "just knows"?
Workflow and Instructional Fit
Is the software set up in a way that actually supports how your teams work? Or is there a gap between the admin configuration and the real-world workflows?
The review is conducted live over screenshare. If we spot low-risk issues during the session, we'll fix them on the spot. So you walk away with both a report and some immediate improvements.
